Terma dan Syarat

1. Pembelian boleh dibuat pada senarai kain yang dipaparkan sahaja
2. Pembayaran boleh dilakukan 2 kali (2 bulan), penghantaran kain akan dibuat selepas total harga kain habis di buat (bergantung kepada beberapa products sahaja)
3. Booked boleh dilaksanakan dengan membuat half payment drp harga kain atau deposit RM 50-RM100.Takdak booking payment, kain tidak akan disimpan....
4. Tidak boleh membuat pertukaran/ cancel selepas tempahan/ booked ATAU pembelian. Deposit akan hilang sekiranya cancel/tukar ATAU selepas pembelian.
5. Kain tidak akan di simpan selagi pembayaran pendahuluan tidak di buat-"siapa cepat dia dapat"
6. Juga sebarang pertukaran selepas pembelian TIDAK AKAN DILAYAN
7. Payment must be made within 24hours after order confirmation, otherwise your order will be canceled
8. Jika anda bayar menggunakan Online banking seperti Maybank2u dan lain-lain, TOLONG LETAK EMAIL: merahlimau2@gmail.com PADA recipient’s email yang terdapat di ruangan online banking – SANGAT PENTING DAN WAJIB!
9. Semua produk adalah READY STOCK....segala proses pos akan menggunakan POS LAJU. Barang akan di pos hanya pada hari Isnin - Jumaat sahaja. Tiada penghantaran pada hari Sabtu dan Ahad.
10. * Return policy only applicable for products 'Kain sulam'.
* Ready made products (such as jubah, baju kurung, kebaya, blouse etc) are not accepted for return. (Non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable).
* The responsibility of the package is yours until it reaches our store. Hence, we recommend using a traceable delivery method. (Poslaju-recommended)
* We are only able to accept original/unused item in their original packaging without any stain, perfumes, in new condition, together with the product tag and complete accessories if any.
* If the item is unsuitable for a return/exchange upon inspection, we reserve the rights to reject the return request and you are responsible to pay the re-shipping charges of the said returned item.
* The shipping charges for returning the product to our store and us to send out any replacement item to your address will be your responsibility. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
* Any washable stain is not considered as defect. Any returning charges will be your responsibily.
* Any return request after 7 days period will not be entertained.
**Warna kain/pakaian mungkin tidak tepat sama dengan warna sebenar kerana penataan cahaya, teknik pengambilan gambar dan monitor setting.
**Kedudukan warna bunga pada sulaman mungkin berlainan dengan gambar, namun masih mengekalkan pemakaian warna yg sama.
